Separates declared vendor cost from real TCO by distributing spend across 20 line items on three levels: direct, operational, and hidden. Preloaded synthetic scenario based on a three-year cloud contract at €120,000/year.
ExcelExcel tool for managing ICT contracts from a procurement perspective. Tracks expiry dates, exit penalties and potential savings, and automatically calculates the rigidity cost and real net saving per contract. The Dashboard aggregates KPIs, flags contracts expiring within 90 days and distributes the portfolio by risk level. Download the ZIP file.
